Tell us about your military background: branch of service, rank, military occupational specialty (MOS), and planned separation timeline. This helps personalize your assessment.

Answer 36 Questions

Work through a thoughtfully designed questionnaire covering 7 life domains: career, education, finances, health, housing, relationships, and personal growth. Take it at your own pace, one question at a time.

Generate a Personalized Report

When available, a secure personalized report adds deeper insights and recommendations. If that option is unavailable, After Service Ready still provides a strong offline report without interrupting your assessment.

Receive Your Personalized Report

Get domain scores, detailed analysis, and a concrete 90-day action plan tailored to your transition goals. Export your results or save progress locally for future reference.

Privacy & Security

How We Protect Your Data

Your transition journey is personal. Here's exactly how we keep it that way:

  • No server storage: Responses are processed in real-time and immediately discarded. Nothing is retained on our servers.
  • Secure report generation: If you request a personalized report, a summary of your responses is sent securely to generate it. No personal API key is required.
  • Local export/import: Download your progress as a local JSON file. Bring it with you, back it up, or keep it secure.
  • No tracking or cookies: We don't use analytics, pixels, or cookies. We have no way to track who you are or what you do.
  • Works offline: You can complete your assessment and receive the offline report entirely offline if you prefer.
  • Open by default: All our code is transparent. No hidden data collection, no surprise privacy changes.
